RESERVING APPOINTMENTS
Whenever possible, please call and book your appointment in advance.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Images Hair Design & Skin Care accepts cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURN POLICY
Please present your reciept and we will gladly exchange your retail merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

CHILDREN, CELL PHONES, ETC.
Children are welcome as long as they are receiving a service. Please silence all cell phones, pagers and noise making devices when entering for your appointment. Please arrive on-time so you may fully benefit from your experience. Services may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                                                    We ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee  if you reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not call us to cancel an existing appointment.
